Hot Rolled Conversion

Perryman Hot Rolled products are manufactured on the most modern bar and rod mill installed for the production of titanium products. Commissioned in October 1997. The mill capacity is over 1 million pounds per month of titanium products.

Bar Products:
.500" (12.7mm) dia. to 2.062" (52.37mm) dia.
Coil Products:
.340" (8.63mm) dia. to .800" (20.32mm) dia.

Tolerance:

  • Customer specified or industry standards
  • Bar lengths are typically 10 ft.(3m) to 12 ft.(3.6) random
  • Other lengths available on request
  • Coil weights are billet dependent

Alloys:

  • Titanium 6Al/4V
  • Titanium 6Al/4V Eli
  • Titanium 3Al/2.5V
  • Titanium 6Al/7Nb
