Precision Finish Coil

Precision finish is a very fine uniform surface finishing technique developed by the Perryman Company. Precision finish results in improved lube adhesion and headability for near net products.

Size Range:
.099" dia. (2.50mm) to .575" dia. (14.60mm)

Tolerance:
Customer specified or industry standards

  • Titanium 6Al/4V
  • Titanium 6Al/4V Eli
  • Titanium 6Al/7Nb
  • Titanium 3Al/2.5V
  • Titanium Commercially Pure Grades 1,2,3,4

Packaging:
Precision dead cast loose wound coils from 34" (863mm) to 36" (914mm) I.D. Coil weights are nominally 100 to 250 lbs. (45 to 114 kg), or customer specified.

Conditions:

  • Precision Finish Coil bare
  • Precision Finish Coil Coated with molydisulfide coating for heading applications
  • 3X COIL with refined molydisulfide coating for on size heading applications
