Premium Titanium Fine Wire

Premuim Fine Wire is a very fine surface finishing technique developed by the Perryman Company resulting in a superior uniform surface texture and tight tolerance control.

Size Range:
.0025" (.064mm) dia. to .098" (2.49mm) dia.
In round, square, rectangle and shaped configurations.

Tolerance:
+/- .0003"(0.0076mm) or finer

Alloys:

  • Titanium 6Al/4V
  • Titanium 6Al/4V Eli
  • Titanium 3Al/2.5V
  • Titanium 6Al/7Nb
  • Titanium Commercially Pure Grades 1,2,3,4
  • Beta alloys and others on a per-inquiry basis

Packaging:
On customer specified spools or loose wound coils, depending on diameter
